Classes and Training Information

Classes are designed to strengthen your relationship with your dog. Our holistic approach appreciates that dogs act like dogs, their behavior is a reflection of genetic and environmental influences, they have feelings and their behavior is a reflection of this constellation of factors. We incorporate trust, respect and the principles of learning theory for behavior modification to address "problem behavior" that threatens mutual enjoyment and a healthy relationship.

Instead of our saying, "My dog is misbehaving," our approach is to invite you to reflect, "I want to understand why my dog is doing that so I can modify that behavior."

Training classes are available on the NW, and NE side of Indianapolis. NOTE: The first class at each location is without the dog and free!

Each session is 6 weeks long, one hour/week. Instruction is personalized to meet individual needs. Missed classes are easily made - up at your convenience.

There is no obligation to continue the program after the first class. If you decide you would like to continue after the first orientation class you can submit your registration and payment at that time.

To Register for a class at either location call 317-298-0992.

Please bring with you to the first class:

  1. Proof of current vaccinations.
  2. A completed registration form at this link

You are also encouraged to visit the "articles" section on the web site, as well as, review the "contract with your dog."
